Financial Management Specialist
Job Description
The financial management specialist will support the ADB processing team in conducting financial management assessments and due diligence.
Project Description
The Government of Maharashtra has requested ADB for a loan to finance the proposed Maharashtra Tertiary
Care and Medical Education Project. The project will strengthen delivery of tertiary health care and
medical education in the State by setting up new tertiary care hospitals and medical colleges.
A consultant is needed to support the processing of the Project in Maharashtra by providing technical
inputs for project design and implementation plan.
Screening Criteria 1
"An advanced degree in accounting, financing, or related field and a professional accountancy qualification (i.e., CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent);"
Screening Criteria 2
"Familiarity with ADB’s financial management due diligence requirements;"
Screening Criteria 3
"At least 10 years of experience in designing and implementing donor-financed projects including financial due diligence and developing capacity building programs for government agencies at the national and state levels."
