Job Description

1. Finalization of GTP, Technical specifications, drawings, of equipment to be installed, civil & electrical design layouts (If required).
2. Quality Assurance (FQP). The required equipment for the same should be provided by the PMA.
3. Co-ordination with implementing agency/turnkey contractor and DISCOM to monitor the supply chain of materials.
4. Maintenance of MIS related to the project, progress reports and details required for Results Evaluation Framework along with all the REC reports and updation of Portal as required time to time for the project.
5. Identification of anticipated bottlenecks in project implementation & preparation of remedial action plan.

Project Description

The objective of the scheme is to provide 24x7 uninterrupted, quality, reliable and affordable power supply.

Screening Criteria 1
Degree in electrical / electrical and electronics engineering from a recognized university and Expert's qualifications with over 10 years of experience in the power sector.
Screening Criteria 2
Post-graduate qualifications in management / engineering will be an added advantage.
Screening Criteria 3
Relevant experience in power utilities and in the electricity distribution projects is required.
Screening Criteria 4
Should have supervised at least one project of Rs 1000 Cr or above in the capacity of team leader or similar.
Screening Criteria 5
Proven project management, Contract Management, Leadership, Monitoring & Evaluation, reporting, communication, and social skills. Know-how of regulatory frameworks of Power Sector will be an added advantage.
