Job Description
1. Executive summary;
2. A detailed description of the Heritage building and its site including a description of its surroundings, approach, entry, gates, parking, etc.;
3. Detailed account of history and development of the Heritage building;
4. Cultural significance of the property or statement of cultural significance;

Project Description
1. To shortlist eligible bidders working in Heritage conservation of the public/Private buildings.
2. To formulate scope of services for the conservation and restoration of the Mayo Hall Building.
3. To derive a timeline for the completion of the project.
4. To ascertain a tentative cost required for conservation and restoration of the Mayo Hall building based on similar projects done by the firms.
Screening Criteria 1
Master of Architecture / M.Sc. from recognized Universities in India or abroad in Conservation/ Restoration studies.
Screening Criteria 2
Atleast Three with 2 to 5 years
Screening Criteria 3
Experience of working in Restoration/ Conservation Projects/Historic Sites.
