Team Leader
Job Description
1. The Team Leader shall be available at project site as per the stipulated schedule throughout the period of the construction supervision services and as per the Employer’s requirements
2. He will be overall in-charge of the project supervision of the construction package
3. He shall act as Representative of the consulting firm appointed by the Authority
4. His duties will involve overall superintendence over the Resident Engineers and other experts of the construction segments
5. He will guide, monitor, supervise and control all the activities related to supervision for the construction segments
6. He will interact with the MMRDA officials and also with the concerned organisations and any other person as may be directed by MMRDA.
Project Description
1. Design of structures & Issuance of working drawings duly proof checked with modifications/ corrections by offering remarks.
2. To carry out Project Management and Construction Supervision including DLP for work as mentioned above.
3. Assist MMRDA in `Inviting the bids for appointing contractor(s) for work execution.
4. Setting out works, preparation of Design mix and Job Mix formula for flexible / rigid pavement, structural components and approval of all mix designs for concrete works conducting quality control in house test, witness in gall tests conducted in approved laboratories as per norms fixed by the MMRDA

Screening Criteria 1
B.E. Civil + (M.E. / M.Tech in Structures/ Transportation or MBA in Finance)
Screening Criteria 2
Minimum Overall Experience: 20 years
Screening Criteria 3
15 years' experience in Construction of Roads/ Road/ Bridges/ Viaduct / Flyovers executed projects in the capacity of Team leader / Resident Engineer / Project Manager or Executive Engineer & above in the Government Organization
