Job Description

1. Discussions with the client about the specific requirements and conceptualization of the assigned work.
2. Evaluation of the site and carrying out soil investigation and testing, topographical survey etc.
3. Preparation of Design, Layout Plan, Site Plan, Architectural Plan, Site Development, Interior Design Details, Elevations, Sections, Walk-through models etc.
4. Use of value engineering concepts to consider alternate design solutions to optimize expected cost/worth ratios.
5. Preparation & submission of required Layout Plan, Site Plan, Drawings (Architectural & Structural)

MP Industrial Development Corporation, Indore invites online Expression of Interest (EOI) for Empanelment of Consultants and Architects for Providing Consultancy Services for Preparation of DPR, Bid Process Management and PMC /SQC works for various infrastructure development projects as well as Architectural Services for various building construction & other projects in jurisdiction of MPIDC, Regional office, Indore (MP).

Screening Criteria 1
Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 2 years of experience.
Screening Criteria 2
Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience.
