Program Supervisor
Job Description
1. Overall supervision of the performance of the PMSS Team;
2. Provide strategic direction and guidance;
3. Quality assurance of all deliverable and outputs;
4. Final sign off and responsibility for all major deliverable barring those agreed otherwise.
Project Description
To enhance Kerala’s resilience against the impacts of climate change, natural disasters and disease outbreaks
Screening Criteria 1
Post-graduate degree in management/ finance/ public policy/ infrastructure management
Screening Criteria 2
At least 15 years of experience in development and management of large multi-sector public programs
Screening Criteria 3
Experience in public program and policy management
Screening Criteria 4
International experience and exposure
Screening Criteria 5
Experience in engagements funded by bilateral/ multilateral agencies ;
Screening Criteria 6
Exposure in Public finance Management is desirable;
Screening Criteria 7
Experience in Kerala would be an added advantage.
