Job Description
1. Take the lead in preparing bid documents with inputs of technical specifications from TL, DTL, Design Specialists and the PMU
2. ensure adequate procurement process in compliance with ADB and Government rules and regulation;
3. provide support and guidance to the PMU in finalization of bid document, conducting pre bid meetings, issuing clarifications to bidders queries and addendums as required, bid evaluation and reports for getting ADB and Government approvals contract award process etc,
4. Support contract management and resolve contract management issues during implementation, performance monitoring of the contractors;
5. support in resolving issues related to payments, time extension, variations, contractual claims and other procurement and contract management issues,
6. Support in consultant selection process (individual/firms/CBO/NGO) as required
7. Provide inputs to the progress reports and other reports as required
