1. Carry out institutional and training needs assessment studies
2. Map training needs
3. Map various project related work processes
4. Define Key Result Area (KRA) based job descriptions
5. Design and deliver in-house technical and managerial training programs
6. Liaise with external training providers and facilitate development of course curriculum
7. Capacity development report with budgetary allocation
8. Prepare Training curriculum and training completion reports Documentation of delivery- based job-descriptions
9. Support training/workshop organization with the help of other team members
10. Individual and institutional learning monitoring reports
11. Provide inputs to the project reporting requirements
