Job Description
The role and responsibility of Quantity Surveyor is conducting feasibility studies i) to estimate materials, time and labour costs, ii)preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts, iii) coordination of work effort, iv) advising on a range of legal and contractual issues and v) valuing completed work and arranging for payments.
Project Description
1. Preparation of Detailed Feasibility Report (DFR), bid documents, legal documents, proceedings, communication note, project structuring documents etc. as required by the GCC and strictly adhering to TNID Act ,TNTT Act , SWM Rules, all relevant Environment& other rules for developing Eco Park, Setting up of Mega Bio CNG plant, Composting plant & Mega Automated MRF facilities, Bio mining of Fresh waste accumulated during the development of the facilities, in the reclaimed land including demarcation of boundary, preparation of site layout showing the existing and proposed SWM facilities at Perungudi Dumping Ground.
2. To prepare the Request for Expression of Interest (REOI), Request for Qualification (RFQ), Request for Technical Proposal (RTP), Request for Proposal (RFP), Concession agreement or Agreement and other documents, forms, applications etc. for different packages as per the requirement of GCC / GoTN.
3. To study in detail the technical, financial, legal, regulatory, environmental and social feasibility of the project on a sustainable basis.

With 10 years' experience in estimation of urban infrastructure projects.
