Project Description
The aim of this consultancy service is to provide qualitative and multidisciplinary technical services for the preparation Detailed Project Report with Technical Specification and Tender Document for inviting bids on Engineering Procurement Contract (EPC) / PPP Mode and concluding contract(s) for the project viz. ―Proposed Green Warehouse project in Mattancherry Wharf at Cochin Port‖, to CoPA including technical assistance during execution till completion of the contract works and its closure in all respects. In addition to the above, the successful bidder has to assist CoPA in obtaining the Certificate from Indian Green Building Council.
