Job Description

1. Evaluation of the site and carrying out soil investigation, testing, topographical survey etc.
2. Preparation of Design. Layout Plan. Site Plan. Architectural Plan Development Details Elevations.
3. Use of value engineering concepts to consider alternate design solutions to optimize expected cost/worth ratios
4. Preparation & submission of required Layout Plan, Site Plan. Drawmgs (Architectural & Structural) conforming to latest Development Control Regulations (OCR) and local bye-laws to the Statutory authority(s)
5. Liaoning and obtaining requisite approvals / permissions burn the Concerned Statutory Authonties prior to commencement and also after successful completion of the work
