Job Description

The Consultant will help across various elements related to frameworks and tools, and capacity development programs. More specifically, focused guidance would be sought on the competitiveness and resilience toolkit, the mitigation and adaptation tools.

Project Description
The Creating Investable Cities TA is a cross-thematic and multi-sectoral One ADB initiative led by the
PPP Thematic Group Secretariat. CIC leverages ADB’s resources, knowledge, and partnerships to help DMC
partner cities to increase their technical, financial, and managerial capacity to develop quality municipal infrastructure, improve their ability for local resource mobilization, and enhance their competitiveness and resilience post-COVID-19. The Program relies on the use of frameworks and tools to improve infrastructure planning and investment at the municipal level. ADB has launched the CIC in August 2022.
Screening Criteria 1
"Extensive experience in infrastructure and urban sectors, various subjects related to climate, resilience, sustainability and has proven experience in infrastructure planning and delivery."
Screening Criteria 2
Master’s Degree in urban sector, finance, management, or equivalent
Screening Criteria 3
Worked for government, multi-lateral agencies or leading consulting firms
