Job Description
Four Lane of Baran-Shivpuri-Jhansi section of NH-27 from Km 1184+322 to Km 1380+387 (Total Length=196.065 Km) in the state of Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh & Uttar Pradesh
Screening Criteria 1
The Candidate should be Graduate in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / IT Electronic & Communication / Electronic & Instrumentation / MCA, preferable MBA (IT) with minimum 5 years experience in IT Operation out of which at least 2 years in Toll Management Systems and desirable certified training in behavioral Management from any recognized Institute of hospitality management.
Screening Criteria 2
The brief duties of HOU officer at TP shall be as under: - These are only indicative and can be increased or adjusted as per requirement at Toll Plaza by the PIU.
Screening Criteria 3
The HOU officer at Toll Plaza will report to HOU of PIU/RO/HO Division HQ NHAI and submit daily report to them.
Screening Criteria 4
Monitoring will be done through Mobile App & Web Portal created for this purpose.
Screening Criteria 5
Be the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for all ETC related activities at the Toll Plaza.
